GARY LOOKS FOR CONFIDENCE
Gary Johnson wants to see confidence oozing through his players against Plymouth Argyle tonight (7.45pm).
The City manager saw his side bounce back from their defeat against Birmingham City to thrash Doncaster 4-1, and he wants a similar response to Saturday's 2-0 loss at Wolves when the Pilgrims visit Ashton Gate this evening.

"We've seen already in Wolves and Birmingham two teams playing well and high in confidence," he told Bristol City World.
"We had that sort of confidence in the Doncaster game and it's such a big thing in football - to be mentally fit and confident.
"In the Championship every team is much of a muchness in terms of ability, but it's just when the confidence comes out.
"Confidence can come from various things; from winning matches, by having the backing of the players and each other, from the supporters having confidence in the team through thick and thin and any confidence the manager can inspire in the team when he wants to.
"If we can get one or two of those things then we will be there or thereabouts. The manager's still got plenty of confidence in this football club. That won't change because of one or two defeats."
City still occupy a play-off position in the Coca-Cola Championship, but have slipped ten points behind current leaders Wolves.
"It's still very early," said Gary. "Tonight's result is very important because a win would make our start to the season look better than it does currently.
"Having said that we are up there in a play-off position; we have to repel those teams behind us and catch up everyone ahead of us.
"Let's see where we are after ten games (following Saturday's away game at Sheffield United) and take it from there."
Adriano Basso and Chris Weale are battling it out for a starting place in goal, as team selection is left to the last minute.
