The club would like to remind supporters that lost/destroyed smartcards are subject to a replacement admin fee of £10 - taken at time of reissue.

Any supporter who forgets or mislays their season card for individual matches must be prepared to buy their season seat for the match and pay a £5 admin fee, which is non-refundable.

A barcoded match ticket will be issued and this must be retained and presented to the matchday office along with the original season card within seven days of the relevant game for refund.

If a supporter pays for the replacement match tickets by credit or debit card then will receive a refund back on to the card. If payment is made by cash or cheque, then a cheque refund will be paid within two weeks of return.

Remember, smartcards must be kept safe as with any bank card; it's a valuable item.
