I ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE - BYFIELD
Darren Byfield believes Saturday's battle on the pitch between Doncaster and his old club City will be a great advert for Championship football.
The 32-year-old is hoping to be involved for the South Yorkshire club at Ashton Gate, against the club he departed in the summer.
And, speaking to official match programme Well Red ahead of the match, last season's top scorer said: "I'm surprised the match isn't televised because I can assure you it will be a great advert for the division.
"Bristol City play the right way and I feel there won't be many teams in the division that will be able to 'out-football' us (Doncaster)."
Darren adds: "I enjoyed every second of my time at Ashton Gate...it was the most I had enjoyed my football since my time with Aston Villa at the beginning of my career."
