Carlisle United have agreed to take Jennison Myrie-Williams on an initial month's loan from Thursday.

As revealed exclusively by bcfc.co.uk yesterday, the youngster is linking up with John Ward's League One side after completing a one-month stint with Cheltenham Town.

Ward said of the deal: "We have agreed that Jennison will come here, initially for one month. He is a really good, young player with plenty of first team games behind him at Bristol City and at Cheltenham. He has a lot of pace, and he is the kind of quickfire player that can make a real impact."

He added: "I know that another club was in for him, but he had spoken to the staff at Bristol City and told them that he was more than happy to come up here. That's exactly the kind of thing that you want hear so, like I say, it'll be good for us to get him here."
