Brian Wilson is expected to miss City's home clash with Birmingham City tomorrow night (7.45pm).

The former Cheltenham Town man limped out of Saturday's goalless draw at Cardiff with what seemed like a kick on the leg, around the shin and ankle area.

But the 25-year-old has now been diagnosed with shin splints, which look set to rule him out of the big match with Birmingham.

Gavin Williams replaced his injured team-mate at Cardiff and could deputise again against the Blues.
