JAMIE GIVEN EVERY CHANCE
Jamie McAllister will be given every chance to play against Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.
The left-back was stretchered off the field at Crewe in midweek with a shin injury, but after a few days' treatment is making a good recovery.
Manager Gary Johnson told bcfc.co.uk: "It's better than first thought and he's got a chance of playing (against QPR).
"He had some tight taping keeping his socks in place and when the blow on his ankle came in, all the blood came up in a bubble on his shin.
"It looked quite bad at the time and he couldn't carry on. He's got much more of a chance than we ever thought would be possible on Tuesday."
The boss confirmed Jamie has yet to train since Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Marvin Elliott is spending four days at Lilleshall as he looks to recover from his recent knee injury.
