Tamas Vasko and James Wilson both missed out on international football, to add to disappointments for several City team-mates this week.

Despite being without several key players, defender Tamas was left on the Hungary bench in his country's 1-0 home defeat to Slovenia tonight.

And James Wilson was also an unused substitute in Wales Under-21s' 2-1 win in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Youngster James was only in the squad after City team-mate Christian Ribeiro pulled out of the squad with a groin injury.

Nick Carle and Ivan Sproule also failed to earn full call ups for Australia and Northern Ireland respectively, meaning not one City player took part in a single minute on international football action this week.
