LOUIS GIVEN EVERY CHANCE
Louis Carey will be given every possible chance of featuring against Colchester United.
The defender has missed City's last two outings with a foot injury, but is hoping to return at Layer Road on Saturday - as he wrote in his exclusive bcfc.co.uk blog.
Manager Gary Johnson remains cautious about his skipper's hopes of playing, if selected, in the Coca-Cola Championship fixture in Essex.
And when asked if Louis would be fit for the weekend at his regular pre-match press conference, Gary replied: "We're not sure. He'll travel with us.
"He trained today and we'll talk to the medical staff tomorrow. We thought there would be every chance of him being close (to being fit).
"However, it might have just come a little too soon for him. There's another 48 hours and we'll wait and see."
City have only one other worry ahead of the weekend with Brian Wilson absent from training today through illness.
