City will hold their seventh Red'N'White Night for the visit of Crystal Palace on Monday.

The club confirmed today that there will be a series of special events taking place for the match, to be screened live by Sky Sports.

Fans will already be aware that ticket prices have been reduced, with entry costing as little as £20 for adults and £5 for under-16s.

With City flying high in the Coca-Cola Championship table, the club is urging supporters not to sit at home watching TV, but instead back their local team in their push for Premier League football.

As with all six previous Red'N'White Nights - in which City boast an unbeaten record - supporters are urged to show their colours for the club.

And before kick-off there will be a mass display of Red'N'White in the stands.

On top of that, there will be prizes for "best-dressed" fans - young and old; plus face painting.

Supporter Liaison David Lloyd told bcfc.co.uk: "It's a chance to show everyone watching at home on television that Ashton Gate is the place to be.

"This is our opportunity to show all other clubs, up and down the country, that when it comes to atmosphere Ashton Gate takes some beating."

In addition, on Monday night City will be launching an initiative aimed at attracting new fans to Ashton Gate.

Daniel Charnaud will "win his City cap" on his first-ever visit to Ashton Gate. He will be presented with a signed City baseball cap prior to kick-off.

With effect from Monday, any new fan who buys, or who is bought, a ticket for a home game for the first time* will go into a draw to be "capped".

* Fan must give consent to go into the club database to enter prize draw.
