City have completed the signing of Hungarian international Tamas Vasko.

The 23-year-old has joined the club on a year-long loan from from Ujpest FC, based in Budapest, where he was club captain.

At the end of the loan City have the option to sign Vasko permanently for a further three years.

The big, strong defender - 6ft 5ins tall - has spent his career to date exclusively in Hungary, with Vasas, Ujpest and FC Tatabanya (on loan).

Vasko - who has played 45 times for Ujpest, scoring five goals - becomes Gary Johnson's sixth signing of the summer.
