FRIENDLY FIXTURE LIST
City will embark on a tour of Latvia before returning to England to play Yeovil Town and AFC Bournemouth at home as part of the 2007/08 pre-season campaign.
The first-team squad are scheduled to report back for duty at the start of July and will spend two weeks at Abbots Leigh training ground before flying out to the Baltics on the 13th.
In a repeat of a similar trip made prior to the 2006/07 season, City boss Gary Johnson - a former Latvian national coach - is hoping to arrange games against top sides like Skonto Riga, who regularly compete in the Champions League.
The squad will return to the UK on 20th July before playing their first friendly against UK opposition at Hereford United on Saturday 21st July.
Home games will follow against League One opposition Yeovil Town and AFC Bournemouth on 28th July and 4th August respectively.
The Championship season proper will kick-off on 11th August - a full fixture list will be announced on bcfc.co.uk next Thursday (14th June).
