The timeplan for events regarding Ashton Vale consultation is as follows:-

Stage 1: Public Exhibitions

The first stage took place in November 2008, showing the background to the proposals, outlining constraints and opportunities of the site and why this area is being considered.

Stage 2: Workshops

Local groups, organisations and community members will be invited to participate in focused discussion with our professional team to examine key themes and elements arising from the first exhibitions.

Stage 3: Public Exhibitions - Reporting Back

All feedback and technical information from the first exhibitions and workshops will be used to inform a detailed masterplan and where feasible, acted upon. This exhibition will set out how responses to the consultation activities have been considered and acted upon.

Stage 4: Submission of Proposals.

Masterplan proposals, with final feedback factored in, will be submitted to Bristol City Council and North Somerset Council, as part of the planning application.
