To see the view from each block click here. Supporters are advised that a postal option remains available up until three working days before a game if they do not wish to use TicketFast. After this point ALL online applications will be TicketFast only. See booking fees below.

(2) Phone bookings: Match tickets can be booked using a debit/credit card. Any tickets ordered within three working days before the match will not be posted but will be held for collection. Tickets can be purchased by phone for home matches only until 12 noon on a Saturday matchday or 4.45pm on a midweek matchday. The sales deadline for an away match will vary - see Away Tickets section for details. See booking fees below.

(3) Postal bookings: All applications should clearly state which match tickets are being applied for, together with payment (cheque only) and a stamped self-addressed envelope. Postal applications for tickets will only be accepted from the sale dates specified for that match. Any applications received before sale dates will be returned. Tickets are subject to availability and no application is guaranteed to be successful. Before going on general sale priority will be given to club members for home league fixtures; and to season card holders and then members for away, cup or friendly matches. At the discretion of the club, loyalty points may be used to govern sales priority.

Confirmation of pricing and sales periods can be found under the appropriate match in the Home or Away tickets sections.

Ticket Collection

Click here for information on TICKETFAST - which allows fans to print out their ticket in advance without the need for collection on the day.

Tickets can be collected on matchdays as follows: Williams Stand tickets from the Williams Stand ticket office and Atyeo, Dolman and Wedlock Stand tickets from the Dolman Ticket Office. Please ask a steward if you are unsure where your office is situated.

To avoid delays customers are advised to collect their tickets at least an hour before kick-off.

Ticket collection opens two hours before kick-off. Collections before this can be made from the main ticket office. After kick-off, any late collections should be made from the Williams Stand reception.

Supporters purchasing tickets by debit/credit card may be required to present their card when collecting tickets.

Collections for tickets booked online will require the relevant e-mail confirmation to be presented as proof of purchase.

Collections are only available to club members/season card holders using the client reference number on their smart card. This service is free.

NB Collections are not available to online bookings within three working days of the match. Instead supporters will be asked to use the TicketFast option. The only exception is for club members (or season card holders for cup games) using the client reference number because they already use a smart card for entry, Members (and season crd holders buying for cup games) should instead click 'COLLECTION' in order that their smart card is activated for the appropriate game.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SMART CARD HOLDERS

1. Season card holders gain entry to matches by use of their season smart card. Members must also use their smart card . When a seat is purchased a 'credit' will be issued to the relevant customer account allowing entry via card on the day. No ticket will be issued and it is essential the seat details are recorded for use.

2. The client reference shown on your season card or members card is your personal identification number and MUST be used whenever booking match tickets (whether online, by phone or in person). Failure to use this client reference number will result in match loyalty not being recorded.

3. Please ensure you enter the stadium via the correct bank of turnstiles shown on your season card/bar coded ticket/match ticket notification form. Any attempt to enter the stadium through an alternative turnstile will result in your entry being blocked. All enquiries should made to a Bristol City customer services operative at each stand.

4. Please note that your season card/members card is a valuable item and should be kept in your possession in the wallet supplied at all times. This card MUST NOT be discarded after games or at the end of the season as it can be renewed/re-used to allow further seasons or matches to be added.

5. If you have a concessionary season card/members card please ensure you carry or have provided proof to the ticket office of concessionary status (ie proof of age/student status/disability entitlement). The ticket office reserve the right to suspend entry if there is an abuse of concessionary status.

6. In the event that season card holders either leave their card at home, or have lost or misplaced it, the following procedure will be applied:-

Season card holders must purchase a match ticket - incurring a £5 non-refundable admin free - from the main matchday office (opposite BCFC Megastore) and retain the part ticket. On presentation of this ticket, together with the appropriate season card, a refund can be claimed within seven days after the match. Most refunds will be made payable by cheque and could take up to 14 days. Card payments will be refunded direct to the cardholder.

No refunds will be given to season card holders who ccanot present the club with the part ticket and the card together, or who purchase a match ticket from any other outlet than the main ticket office (opposite BCFC Megastore).

7. Season card that have been damaged, defaced or lost will be replaced subject to an admin charge of £10.
