The club receives thousands of e-mails each season, and although we do our best to reply to them all promptly, please be patient if you don't receive an immediate response.

Please be sure before e-mailing us that you have read the following information.

Address Change/Data Change
If you have changed address recently and would like to inform the club in order to update their data, please e-mail your new and old details to media@bcfc.co.uk.

Work Experience
The club receives hundreds of applications every week for work experience. It is rare for the club to be able to offer work experience to fans and members of the public. If you would like to apply, do so in writing only to Ashton Gate Stadium, Bristol, BS3 2EJ. The club will keep all details on record should an opportunity arise.

Trial Information
If you are a player looking for a trial with the club then please do not contact us online with requests, as we are not able to respond to these by email. Please write to the address given above for the attention of John Clayton (Academy Manager).

Souvenir Requests
If you are a collector of club memorabilia and are looking to obtain free club souvenirs by contacting us online, then you will be disappointed. Badges, keyrings, posters and other such items can be purchased from the club shop at the stadium, or through the online shop.

Charity Requests
No requests for donations will be considered if received by e-mail. Bristol City receives many requests every week for signed merchandise to help raise funds for charities and for individual causes. The club only accept requests in writing on headed charity notepaper or, in the case of individuals, with a supporting letter from chosen your charity. Please remember the club has a nominated charity every season.
