When the gaffer left and Milly took over we were in a tricky position, but after four wins and two draws later (those draws against two of the top three), we're now in with a chance of beating last season's points tally and tenth place finish.
Everyone is full of confidence at the club. Milly's come in and put his mark on it, changing a lot of stuff. Everyone is relaxed and enjoying themselves again.
Beating Swansea was a massive result for us and we now have a slight chance of the play-offs. It's difficult to see those sides currently up there throwing it away, but if they do then we must keep fighting to get maximum points and take advantage.
Scunthorpe are fighting for their lives, much like our matches against Sheffield Wednesday, Plymouth and Peterborough. I'm sure it won't be pretty but we want to grind out a result.
I know there's been speculation about the possibility of a new manager this week because my family, mates and people in the media keeping asking me about things.
In the dressing room we haven't really concentrated too much on it. Milly's done a great job in the last month and nobody would be disappointed if he got it. If a new man comes on board then it's up to the players to show him what they can do.
We must be fully focussed on the game tomorrow and see what happens after that.
