Read City captain Louis Carey's exclusive website blog, only on bcfc.co.uk and BBC Radio Bristol.

Hello again on day three of my weekly blog ahead of Wembley.

Press Day went really well yesterday, although it was extremely busy and everyone wanted to speak with me!

I spoke to Sky Sports, ITV, BBC, lots of radio stations and national journalists too.

Of course, I also spoke to those nice people at BBC Radio Bristol and the club website (I've got to say that!).

Now all that is out of the way for the lads and we can concentrate on the final away from the media.

Tonight I'll be watching the Champions League final with the missus. I'm gutted that Liverpool aren't in the final and don't really know who I want to win in Moscow.

As you may have read in the press, tomorrow we're off to Wembley for a tour around the stadium. It will help us get our bearings rather than having to cope with that on the day of the final itself.

Fan Question: When the squad was training in Portugal, I hope our goalkeeper wasn't overworked providing a translation service! Steve Hardiman, Henleaze.

He spoke a bit of Portuguese over there but in truth we didn't need to use him too much. The food was fine so we didn't have to check what was in it, and golf speaks for itself really. To be honest he spent much of his time speaking to his missus over the internet on his computer - and he was speaking in Portuguese so all the hotel staff could hear!

Fan Question: I'm taking my heavily pregnant girlfriend with me to Wembley to keep me calm (i.e. to steer me away from the scrump, and generally to stop me from getting too carried away emotionally, whatever happens, as her view will be that it's only a game!). Therefore, apart from the players' nerves, what do you recommend to help the fans' nerves? Mark Tombs, Lewisham.

Everyone I've spoken to is nervous like you, and there's no real answer. Just try and enjoy it - make as much noise as possible.

I'll write again tomorrow!
