SPANNER IN THE WORKS!

It was great to end the home campaign with a win over Derby County last week.
I'm sure it wasn't a great spectacle in terms of chances created but we got the two vital goals - again thanks to Nicky - and were able to send a big crowd home happy.
I'm really pleased for Nicky to have notched his 20th goal of the season, which is a real landmark for any striker.
Everything at the club is very positive at the moment. Milly has given the lads a great deal of confidence and belief, which has shown in the results.
The chairman came into the dressing room before the Derby game to discuss the future with us, and everything is geared to move the club on again.
The appointment of Steve Coppell has given everyone a lift again.
Now we are aiming to end the campaign on a high at Blackpool on Saturday.
Without sounding horrible, it would be great as a Bristol City person through-and-through to put a spanner in Ian Holloway's works! There's no doubt Ian Holloway would be the same if it was the other way around.
We'll do all we can to get the win and if that helps Swansea then so be it. We just have to be fair to the league, but also to ourselves - we want to end with a win.
I'm told there will be more than 1,000 City fans there, many of them staying up for the weekend, and we owe it to you guys to put on a show.
