  • City Foundation hosted its annual End of Season event
  • Supporters still have the chance to join the lottery scheme
John Carpenter was announced the lucky winner of the £12,000 Jackpot Draw at City Foundation’s End of Season Race Night on Tuesday evening.

With more than 120 City Foundation members and guests present, attendees got to enjoy a flutter on six quality English races, hosted by one of Moonlighting Group’s top professional compères.

As well as the action on the screen, a hot finger buffer was provided and several items of signed memorabilia were claimed during the raffle.

City Foundation coordinator Billy Bond said: “It was a fantastic evening and I cannot thank everyone enough for attending and making it such a special event.

“There were smiles on faces throughout the evening and to make it more rewarding, a number of the guests left with more money than they arrived with!”

To conclude the evening, the City Foundation End of Season Jackpot Draw winner was announced and John Carpenter won a whopping £12,000.

“A huge congratulations goes to John Carpenter for his win. I hope he enjoys the money and I would like to place on record my thanks for his continued support,” added Bond.
