City’s head of fitness Rhys Carr will be running the London Marathon this Sunday – and needs your support.
The Welshman is set to embark on the gruelling 26-mile run in the capital, aimed at raising money for his chosen charity Afasic.
Afasic helps children who struggle with language to reach their potential and “find their voice”.
The club’s fitness guru has set a target of raising £2,500 from the Marathon and has reached the halfway point.
