Special offer for City season ticket holders.

City season ticket holders can gain free entry into Bristol Academy’s home league matches throughout 2013.

The Ashton Gate side are sponsoring the west’s premier women’s team, who play in the Women’s Super League and are one game from the FA Women’s Cup final.

The agreement enables Bristol Academy to benefit from an official tie-up with a professional men’s club – a necessity for the forthcoming changes to the WSL – and gain from stronger community links.

The Academy have already confirmed they will compete in a red home kit for the 2013 campaign, and their first WSL game takes place tomorrow night (Thursday, April 18th) at 7pm against Everton at the Stoke Gifford Stadium.

City season ticket holders can gain free entry to the match simply by producing their smart card at the turnstiles – and that applies for every home match.

Kevin Smith, the club’s commercial director, said: “We are delighted to have agreed this exciting and mutually beneficial partnership with Bristol Academy.

“The girls’ and women’s game is growing significantly and we hope an association with the biggest football club in the South West will further assist with this growth.”
