Goalkeeper wants to add to the four-game winning run at Ashton Gate.

Tom Heaton believes City can continue their recent good form at Ashton Gate when they face Brighton & Hove Albion tonight (7.45pm).

Sean O’Driscoll’s men have won their previous four home games and are high on confidence after their first clean sheet on the road against Blackpool last time out.

However, Gus Poyet’s side will come to BS3 in similar mood after winning their previous three fixtures, but Heaton believes City know exactly what to expect.

The goalkeeper told Bristol City Player: “We’ve been excellent at Ashton Gate recently and the performances have matched the results, so we will look to keep that going.

“Brighton pose a tough test but it’s a challenge we are all looking forward to and we think we can pick up another win.

“They gave us a few problems when we played them earlier in the season, so we know what they are about.

“We have an idea what they are going to do and know what we can do to counteract that.

“We have enough quality in our squad to put our stamp on the game. Every team in the Championship has quality all over the pitch and Brighton are no different.”
