The Fans Advisory Network (FAN) was launched in November 2012 (as the Fans Parliament), replacing the long-running Fans Consultative Forum. It is a supporter consultative group, with members representing a variety of stakeholders in the club. In 2015 the group elected Jeremy Palmer as its chair, with Miles Hendy as vice-chair. Secretary for FAN is Mike Adams. Meeting are held four times a year, agenda items can be added through FAN members. Minutes are produced and posted on the club's official website.
